The Institute of Tourism Studies is currently undergoing ISO 22000 certification. In the process it is currently revising its Food and Beverage (including disposable items) suppliers’ list. ITS is inviting all interested suppliers to submit the following documentation to the attention of Mr. Ivan Zammit – Tel 23793100 or email ivan.b.zammit@gov.mt by not later than Friday 19th February 2010:- - A list of the items that can be supplied including list of ingredients, allergy declarations and certificate of analysis for each product, together with the current price lists.
- A copy of the risk assessment issued by the local Health and Safety Department
- A copy of the trading license
- Written consent for our HACCP team to inspect the supplier’s premises.
The complete list of supplies needed is available here. On completion of this exercise the Institute of Tourism Studies will issue certificates to all approved suppliers.
