Module Overview The aim of the module is to provide a context in which the student can appreciate the theory of the Front Office and the roles of the different Front office related staff. In this module students will learn how to understand the importance of a good first impression, handle telephone calls correctly, handle verbal and written complaints, understand the importance of communications with guests and other departments, understand the role and importance of a good 'Property Management System', and understand the basics of Guest accounting and Front Office Procedures.
