Module Overview

The aim of the module is to provide students with the necessary knowledge to be able to develop an understanding of the Housekeeping Department within the Hospitality Industry. The first part of the module focuses on the theoretical aspect of a professional room attendant whilst the second part provides a sound insight into the dynamic challenges of a housekeeping supervisor.

In this module students will learn how to differentiate between a professional / unprofessional Housekeeping Department.
