TLS 05AB - INTEGRATED FRONT OFFICE OPERATIONS

Module Overview

The aim of the module is to give the students an in-depth view into how the Front Office functions. Emphasis is on the day to day operations.

In this module students will learn how to handle Advance Reservations whilst applying various methods of maximizing rooms sales and occupancies. The students will also learn how to take a guest from check in through to check out, whilst maintaining guest bills and controlling revenues and leave the guest with a good lasting impression on departure.
