Module Overview

The aim of the module is to provide a context in which the student can appreciate the importance of First Impressions, the different roles of Front office related staff and the need for good communication skills

In this module students will learn how to handle telephone calls correctly, take messages efficiently, handle verbal and written complaints, understand the roles of other departments, understand the importance of communications with guests and other departments, understand the role and importance of a good 'Property Management System'
