Module Overview The aim of the module is to enable students to appreciate the internal and external constraints of Hospitality Management. Students will be taught how to evaluate and eventually apply the possible applications of a range of management theories and techniques in the pursuit of organizational objectives. In this module students will learn how to establish a company's vision and develop a mission statement; set feasible and achievable goals and objectives; and determine the right strategies to achieve them.
