Module Overview The aim of this module is to explore the important role promotional activities have within the hospitality and catering industry. In this module students will learn how different types of promotions can be used to sell a range of hospitality and catering products. The module will also target the systematic approach utilized to plan a promotional campaign, and will also focus on the various ways and means of increasing sales through advertising.
