MGA 01 - CONFERENCE & BANQUETING MANAGEMENT

Module Overview

The aim of this module is to reinforce, build and further develop the students' knowledge on the operational and planning considerations that are specific to the Conference and Banqueting Sector.

In this module students will learn how to investigate and develop an appreciation of the particular needs of clients in this sector. The module offers a practical approach using research - driven assignments and case studies. It is also designed to work in conjunction with "Marketing Management", "Food and Beverage Management", "Human Resource Management" and "Rooms Division Management".
