Module Overview

The aim of the module is to furnish students with an introduction to Information Technology. The module provides a learning environment which allows students to familiarize themselves with the general fundamentals of IT and allows then to appreciate its use in the Food and Beverage sector.

In this module students will learn how to use diverse windows programmes and techniques including image manipulation, desktop publishing and MS office practice in real life work situations.
