Module Overview

The aim of the module is to allow students to explore the practical application of human resources in the travel and tourism industry, starting with how organisations plan their staffing needs.

In this module students will learn how to investigate recruitment and selection, including legal and ethical aspects of working in travel and tourism. Understanding this module gives students the opportunity to develop some of the attitudes and competences needed to work in any travel and tourism organisation.
