Module Overview

This module is a general introduction to Information Technology, providing a learning environment where the student will be made familiar with the general fundamentals of IT and its specific application to operations in the travel and tourism industry.

In this module students will learn how to use the Windows Operating System in general and MS Office applications in particular. Practical workshop examples, case studies and best practice scenarios will be used to demonstrate the effectiveness of applying these technologies to real life work situations.
