FLS 07 - HEALTH, HYGIENE & SAFETY

Module Overview

The aim of the module is to help students comprehend and understand the need for and the importance of health & safety in the hospitality and catering industry.

In this module students will learn how to carry our a risk assessment, identify hazards and risks, provide first aid treatments to specific injuries, distinguish between different categories of signs and act accordingly and establish a safer work place for any persons working in that environment.
