Module Overview

The aim of the module is to touch upon several communication techniques that are considered imperative to ensure smooth and successful business transactions with colleagues and clients in any business setting, however, with a particular focus on the Hospitality and Catering Industry.

In this module students will learn how to communicate effectively in diverse situations. The theoretical and practical exposure will allow students to put themselves and emerge in different roles thus equipping them with the necessary skills to handle business encounters professionally in their future careers.
