FBI 14 - BEVERAGE SERVICE INTERMEDIATE PRACTICAL

Module Overview

The aim of the module is to give students the opportunity to put into practice the theoretical knowledge acquired in FBF 13 Beverage Service Intermediate Theory module. It offers a practical exposure in bar operations and an application of certain elements of supervision.

In this module students will learn how to prepare and serve a wide selection of branded spirits, classic and international cocktails (non-alcoholic cocktails). Students should be able to demonstrate appropriate use of personal, social and supervisory skills in providing the required service in the running of a modern bar operation.

Prerequisites - Pass in FBF 14 Beverage Service Basic Practical.
