Module Overview The aim of the module is to introduce students to customer service, an essential tool in the hospitality industry. In this module students will learn how to present themselves, apply different communication skills in order to deal with customers in a successful manner. Students will also appreciate that customers are not all the same, therefore, different customers have various needs. Students will be able to handle complaints, measure, monitor and evaluate customer service procedures and practices.
