FRONT OFFICE / RECEPTION AREA

The idea of the reception desk is to offer students the opportunity to participate in role plays and to make them as realistic as possible.

This mainly includes telephone skills and general reception duties.

The reception desk is set up with a manual 'Room status' rack, key rack, exchange rate board, switchboard and stationary. The students participate in role plays relating to customer care, check-in, check-out, complaint handling and telephone techniques.

The switchboard is a training system which can be set up with multiple extensions for realistic interaction which has tutor monitoring capabilities.
