SPECIAL EVENTS

ITS takes part in special events during the year. In October 2008 ITS students and staff made the largest risottata ever cooked in Malta. The event was organised in Birgu. 
 
ITS students have shared their passion for culinary arts by proposing their favourite dishes for Christmas. The six second-year students published their ideas on Christmas Times in December 2009. Click here to read the full recipes.
