Welcome to the Mistral Wine Club Dinners. The Mistral Wine Club has been running for the last few years now, patrons are a group local and foreign enthusiasts and aficionados, with a thirst for trying out new wines ranging from reasonable to excellent. these dinners are organized between the months of November and May of every academic year at the Institute of Tourism Studies. A carefully crafted programme of dining events is prepared annually. Whether you are new to wine tasting or already have an in-depth knowledge of wines from around the world, this eno-gastronomic programme should provide something to interest you. Understanding what goes into making good wine will greatly increase one’s appreciation of what comes out of the bottle. The Mistral Wine Club Dinners are a great way to explore the diverse world of wine, and they’re a great gift idea! There are opportunities to compare the finesse of classic old-world wines with the big flavours of new-world wines with their growing reputations. As a regular patron for these dinners, Mistral Wine Club patrons will get to drink new and different wine selections each month as well as appreciate some delightful food matching suggestions. Mistral Diners get to share their pleasures, experiences and learning with other like-minded people in the convivial atmosphere of the St George’s Room of the Pembroke Suite Restaurant will add value to each event. the Institute offers all this to suit a wide spectrum of tastes and budgets! Time of events is: 7.30pm for 8.00pm, Dinner starts being served at 8.15pm. Dress code: Jacket & Tie.
